Honey Yellow is a trhee-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, on the two floors. Hosts 6 people thanks also to a large sofa-bed in the living room. The living room, the kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom are on the first floor; two bedrooms and one bathroom are on the second floor.
Access to the shared pool. Free covered parking for one car; free not covered parking in case of a second car. Use of Hydromassage spa upon reservation: nr. of people on the Lounger-seated 2/5; Massage noozzles: water 72 air 12; Ozonator; Color therapy; Color lights waterfall; Smartphone connection for music; Pop-up speakers; wi-fi. Use of Finnish Sauna: full-moon glass front wall allowing gorgeous view of Siena’s historicalcenter; fits up to 4 people.

Payment
You can choose between:
Bank transfer 30% to confirm the reservation, 70% at least 1 month before arrival
Bank transfer 30% to confirm the reservation, 30% at least 1 month before arrival,
40% in cash upon arrival.
Heating cost (1.80 euros per cubic meter) is not included in the rates.
At check-in, payment in cash for the tourist tax (2 euros for guests over 12 years old for the first 4 nights) and a 200 euro cash deposit to cover any damages, which will be refunded at check-out.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund up to 1 month before arrival, 30% refund 15 days before arrival.
Check-in from 5 PM to 8 PM. Before 5 PM, you can leave your luggage in front of the apartment and enjoy the pool and garden. After 8 PM, the timing should be arranged with the property.
Check-out from 7 AM to 10 AM.

Open from 9 AM to 7 PM
Children under 12 years old are allowed only if accompanied by an adult.
Bringing food and glass objects by the pool is prohibited.

Sauna and Hot tub spa open Nov 1 Apr 30.
SPA cold water open May 15 Sep 30.
SPA and Finnish Sauna
The SPA must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
The first entry is free. The cost of subsequent entries is 30 euros for 30 minutes.
Please do NOT wash the pool towels in the washing machine. If necessary, they will be replaced upon request.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
