Guests may choose between the following payment options:

• Bank transfer: 30% to confirm the booking, 70% at least one month prior to arrival
• Bank transfer: 30% to confirm the booking, 30% at least one month prior to arrival, and 40% in cash upon check-in.

Heating costs are not included in the rates (€1.80 per cubic metre).

Upon check-in, guests are required to pay the tourist tax in cash (€2.00 per person per night for guests aged 12 and over, for the first 4 nights), along with a refundable damage deposit of €200 in cash, which will be returned in full at check-out.

Full refund up to one month prior to arrival; 30% refund up to 15 days prior to arrival. Check-in is between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Before 5:00 PM, guests are welcome to leave their luggage at the apartment and enjoy the pool and gardens. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, please arrange a time directly with the property.

Check-out is between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

Open daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Swimming pool open from 15 May to 30 September. Sauna and heated spa open from 1 November to 30 April. Cold spa open from 15 May to 30 September.
Food and glassware are not permitted in the pool area.
The spa must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. The first session is complimentary; subsequent sessions are charged at €30 for 30 minutes.

Please do not wash pool towels in the washing machine. Replacement towels are available upon request.

Regrettably, pets are not permitted.

The garden is kept mosquito-free thanks to a smart misting system.

In mid and low season only, a 10% discount applies for bookings of one week, and a 15% discount for bookings of two weeks.

The spa and hot tub must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. The first session is complimentary; subsequent sessions are charged at €30 per 30 minutes.

Minimum stay: 3 nights. Rates may vary during public holidays. Pricing is independent of the number of guests.
